What is CounterSketch?
CounterSketch is retail jewelry design software from Gemvision, a Stuller brand, sold through Stuller. Store staff use it to build a custom piece with a customer and price it in the same session.

Why connect it to iJewel3D
CounterSketch does not show metals or finishes inside the application. iJewel3D opens the same design in a photoreal view, so the customer judges the finished piece before the conversation ends.

Which versions do I need?+
The integration runs on CounterSketch 8.10 with Rhino 8. Stores on CounterSketch for Rhino 5 need the update first.
Where is the button in CounterSketch?+
Open your design and look at the render buttons. Choose the one labelled iJewel to open the design on screen.
Do I need an iJewel3D account?+
Yes. A free iJewel3D account is enough to open and present a design.
Does it cost extra?+
No. The iJewel integration is part of CounterSketch 8.10, and the 8.10 update carries no charge.
Does iJewel3D replace CounterSketch or the Stuller order process?+
No. CounterSketch stays the design and pricing tool, and Stuller stays the manufacturing path. iJewel3D is the presentation step between them.
